Retro Superplex is back baby! After some fun excursions with Rory Gulak and E3 the guys take a look at some of the recent happenings in professional wrestling. WWE Great Balls of Fire happened this past Sunday and the guys checked it out. It wasn’t very good. They also talk about the current state of the failed experiment 205 Live including Austin Aries asking for his release. At the same time, Neville is perhaps the most legit champion in the whole company along with Asuka. It’s like just having your champ win matches makes them credible! Wacky!
Then talk turns to New Japan and their recent foray into promoting shows in the USA. While there was a lot of great wrestling there were other factors to consider including the choice of commentary team, some of the wrestlers they used *cough*BillyGun*cough* and what long-term plans are coming out of the show in regards to the new IWGP US Title. Also, did the Bullet Club turn face?
